Beach

Lying in the sand and listening to the waves – if this is what makes your vacation complete, you are in the right place! You will find a great range of beautiful beaches in the North of Tenerife that are easily accessed. The natural bay Bollullo is 15 minutes away by car. As high rocks frame the bay, the last metres can only be gone on foot. Close by, there is a restaurant that offers enjoy a wonderful Spanish paella. The black lava sand reflects the typical island flair. In Puerto de la Cruz you will find the beautiful “garden beach”, Playa Jardín, which was designed by the famous architect, painter and sculptor César Manrique. The bay is traced by a promenade and several cafes, restaurants and a playground.

In direction Santa Cruz (about a 35 minute drive) you can find a white beach, which was made from fine Sahara sand. The neighbouring village San Andres is a good place to find some delicious and fresh fish after a day at the beach.
